APEC urges greater money laundering oversight, WTO talks' restart

HANOI, Vietnam - Finance ministers from 21 Pacific Rim nations give a joint press conference at the end of their meeting in Hanoi on Sept. 8. They called for enhanced monitoring for money-laundering transactions and the restart of the stalled global trade liberalization talks under the World Trade Organization.
