Asahi Breweries to train farmers to grow safe food in China

LAIYANG, China - This photo shows a farm Asahi Breweries Ltd. runs in Laiyang, Shandong Province, China. The Japanese company will open a facility to train farmers at the farm, as part of efforts to disseminate know-how on the production of safe food in China, officials of the Japanese brewer said on Oct. 21.
