Japan makes 2nd PAC-3 deployment in Chiba

CHIBA, Japan - A trailer loaded with a ground-based Patriot Advanced Capability-3 interceptor system arrives at the Self-Defense Forces base in Narashino, east of Tokyo, on Nov. 29. It is the second such system to be deployed in Japan after the one at an SDF base in Saitama Prefecture, north of Tokyo.
