Top U.S. Navy official meets press over tax driver's murder

YOKOSUKA, Japan - U.S. Naval Forces Japan Commander Rear Adm. James Kelly speaks at a press conference at the U.S. naval base in Yokosuka on April 5. YOKOHAMA, Aug. 25 Kyodo - Rear Adm. Matthew Carter, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Japan, talks to the press at the Yokosuka naval base in Kanagawa Prefecture on Aug. 19, 2015.
