Missing one-armed Japanese yachtsman found safe on Phuket

PHUKET, Thailand - Photo shows Akio Yonago, 62, a one-armed Japanese yachtsman confirmed safe on Phuket Island, Thailand, June 18 by the Japanese Embassy in the country after having gone missing April 28 when he sailed from the Seychelles, a group of islands off eastern Africa.
