Former baseball player Shozo Doi dies at 67

Doi's family said Sept. 25, 2009, that he had died aged 67. A member of the Yomiuri Giants team that won nine consecutive Japan Series titles from 1965-73, Doi underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer in March 2007.
