Yomiuri's Matsumoto becomes CL Rookie of Year

TOKYO, Japan - Yomiuri Giants outfielder Tetsuya Matsumoto smiles during a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 18, 2009, after being named the Central League Rookie of the Year. Matsumoto hit .293 with no homers, 15 RBIs and 16 steals in 129 games.
