Morita Chemical president apologizes over explosion

TOKYO, Japan - Yasuo Morita (front), president of Morita Chemical Industries Co., bows in apology during a press conference in Osaka on Dec. 24, 2009, after an explosion at the company's plant near Shin-Osaka station killed four of its workers. He said the cause of the blast, which occurred when the four workers were cutting away the top of a chemical tank, is not known.
