Power failure stops Tokaido Shinkansen bullet trains
TOKYO, Japan - Railway workers work on restoring a snapped overhead wire on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line in Yokohama's Kaganagawa Ward, south of Tokyo, on Jan. 29, 2010. An electricity failure apparently triggered by a snapped power wire brought a total of six bullet trains to a halt for more than three hours.
