Power failure stops Tokaido Shinkansen bullet trains
OSAKA, Japan - Passengers gather in front of ticket gates at JR Shin-Osaka Station in Osaka on Jan. 29, 2010, after the bullet train services on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line were temporarily suspended due to an electricity failure apparently triggered by a snapped power wire. A total of six trains were stalled on the line for more than three hours.
