NAGO, Japan - Nago Mayor Susumu Inamine speaks at a press conference at the city office in Okinawa Prefecture on Feb. 8, 2010, his first day in office. Inamine reiterated he will oppose the planned relocation of a U.S. Marine Corps air base from another city in the prefecture.
