Court orders state to disclose Okinawa reversion papers

TOKYO, Japan - Bunroku Yoshino, a former Japanese vice foreign minister, speaks at his home in Yokohama on April 9, 2010, after a court ordered the state to disclose documents on the 1972 reversion of Okinawa.
