TOKYO, Japan - This photo shows a special edition of Nissan Motor Co.'s Serena minivan equipped with a terrestrial digital broadcast tuner inside its car navigation system. The Japanese automaker released the Highway Star V Aero Selection Plus navi HDD on May 14, 2010.
