NHK to cancel annual sumo charity
TOKYO, Japan - NHK President Masayuki Matsumoto speaks at a press conference in Tokyo on Feb. 3, 2011, announcing that the public broadcaster decided to cancel its annual ''Fukushi Ozumo'' charity event due to a match-fixing scandal. He also said NHK will study whether to scrap live coverage of the Spring Grand Sumo Tournament in March.
