Khmer Rouge tribunal
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Nuon Chea, who was known as Brother No. 2 in the former Khmer Rouge government after the late Pol Pot, faces a U.N.-backed tribunal in Phnom Penh on June 27, 2011, in the image shown on a screen at a press room. The tribunal began a hearing that day of the case of four former Khmer Rouge leaders blamed for the deaths of at least 1.7 million Cambodians in the late 1970s.
