NAGOYA, Japan - Taiwan-born left-hander Chen Wei-ying gives a press conference at the Chunichi Dragons' office in Nagoya on Jan. 17, 2012, expressing his gratitude to the Dragons. The MLB club Baltimore Orioles have signed Chen to a three-year contract with a club option for 2015.
