OSAKA, Japan - West Japan Railway Co. President Takayuki Sasaki offers flowers at an altar at the site of a fatal derailment accident in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on April 25, 2012, seven years after the incident. A total of 107 people died and 562 others were injured as a speeding JR West train derailed at a curved section of track and crashed into an apartment building beside the track.
