Opening ceremony for Tokyo Skytree Town

TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken from a Kyodo News helicopter in March 2012 shows the exterior of the 350-meter observation deck of Tokyo Skytree in Tokyo's Sumida Ward. An opening ceremony for Tokyo Skytree Town, the newly completed commercial complex surrounding the 634-meter-high tower, was held on May 14 at the observation deck, ahead of the tower's grand opening on May 22.
