Sharp to partner with Hon Hai in smartphone business in China

TOKYO, Japan - Sharp Corp. President Takashi Okuda speaks during a press conference in Tokyo on June 8, 2012. Sharp will cooperate with its capital alliance partner Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. of Taiwan in the smartphone business in China, aiming to launch products there in the business year starting April 2013 and expand the scope of their capital and business tie-up.
