Cosmo Oil to close Sakaide refinery

OSAKA, Japan - An Aug. 28, 2012, photo from a Kyodo News helicopter shows Cosmo Oil Co.'s oil refinery in Sakaide, Kagawa Prefecture. The company said the same day it will close the plant in July 2013 amid weakening domestic demand for oil.
