IOC evaluates Tokyo's bid

TOKYO, Japan - Nihon University civil engineering professor Takayuki Kishii holds a press conference after attending the third day of presentations March 6, 2013, of Tokyo's candidature file to the International Olympic Committee's Evaluation Committee at a hotel in the Japanese capital.
