Volkswagen cars imported by Japan unit top 1 million

NAGOYA, Japan - Volkswagen cars are unshipped in Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture on July 17, 2013. The Japanese unit of German automaker Volkswagen AG said the same day it has imported more than 1 million Volkswagen cars since it took over the imports from Japanese car dealer Yanase & Co. in April 1991.
