BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Alejandro Blanco (L), chief of Madrid's Olympic bid committee, and Ana Botella, mayor of the Spanish capital, hold a press conference in Buenos Aires on Sept. 4, 2013, three days before a ballot by the International Olympic Committee to select the host city for the 2020 Summer Olympics.
