Japanese breweries growing popular among foreign tourists
OSAKA, Japan - Visitors on a guided tour at Japanese sake brewer Kinshi-Masamune Co.'s Shintokiwagura plant in Kyoto, western Japan, watch the sake fermentation process as "koji" malted rice and yeast are mixed on Feb. 28, 2014. Amid the rising global popularity of Japanese cuisine, overseas tourists are showing an increasing interest in guided tours of Japanese breweries and distilleries.
