TOKYO, Japan - Keizo Fuchita, president of Urawa Reds, apologizes during a press conference in Tokyo on March 13, 2014, following the J-League's decision to have the team play an upcoming home match against Shimizu S-Pulse in an empty Saitama Stadium as a punishment for failing to remove a racist banner from the stadium until after the game against Sagan Tosu on March 8.
