Chinese navy participates in RIMPAC for 1st time

HONOLULU, United States - Zhao Xiaogang (C), drill director of the Chinese navy fleet, takes questions from the press at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, on June 30, 2014, during RIMPAC 2014, a multinational maritime exercise that takes place in and around the Hawaiian Islands.
