TOKYO, Japan - Indian Commerce Secretary Rajeev Kher (R) speaks at a press conference in Tokyo on July 2, 2014. Kher, who attended the July 2 to 4 International Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Conference at Tokyo Big Site, said India can provide high-quality medicines at affordable prices to Japan, where medical expenses are expected to rise due to the aging population.
