China sees ghost towns increase despite economic growth

BEIJING, China - A deserted new town in Tianjin, northern China, as seen in this photo taken on July 13, 2014, is one of more than 10 ghost towns in the country resulting from government curbs on home purchases designed to control the housing bubble.
