OSAKA, Japan - The renovated Phoenix Hall of Byoudoin, a Buddhist temple on UNESCO's World Heritage list, is photographed in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, western Japan, on Sept. 8, 2014, from a Kyodo News helicopter following completion of repair work on the hall's roof tiles.
