Budget carrier Scoot to launch Singapore-Osaka flights

NAGOYA, Japan - Campbell Wilson, chief executive officer of Singapore Airline's low-cost carrier Scoot Pte Ltd., speaks at a press conference at Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd.'s Nagoya plant in Yatomi, Aichi Prefecture, on Oct. 2, 2014.
