PYONGYANG, North Korea - North Korean servicemen visit Mansu Hill in Pyongyang, where giant bronze statues of state founder Kim Il Sung and the country's second leader Kim Jong Il stand, to offer flowers on Oct. 10, 2014, the 69th anniversary of the founding of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea. Current leader Kim Jong Un has remained out of public view for more than a month.
