Japan envoy hails coming UNSC meet on N. Korea human rights
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Ambassador to the United Nations Motohide Yoshikawa addresses a press conference at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo on Dec. 16, 2014, saying he welcomes the U.N. Security Council's decision to schedule a meeting in the following week to discuss alleged human rights abuses in North Korea.
