PYONGYANG, North Korea - Citizens of Pyongyang visit Mansu Hill in the center of the North Korean capital to lay flowers and bow in front of giant bronze statues of state founder Kim Il Sung and the country's second leader Kim Jong Il on Dec. 16, 2014, ahead of the third anniversary the following day of the death of Kim Jong Il.
