Gov't offices, companies mark last business day of the year

TOKYO, Dec. 28 Kyodo - People head to their offices in Tokyo's Kasumigaseki district on Dec. 28, 2015, the last business day of the year for many government agencies and private companies. Many workers have been enjoying the New Year's holidays since the weekend.
