Car plows into pedestrians in central Osaka

OSAKA, Feb. 25 Kyodo - Photo taken from a Kyodo News helicopter shows police officers examining a car after it mounted a sidewalk and plowed into pedestrians in the busy Umeda district of Osaka on Feb. 25, 2016. The crash killed the driver and a pedestrian while leaving another pedestrian in critical condition and injuring eight others.
