Train wire problems affect 220,000 passengers in Japan
YOKOHAMA, Japan, Dec. 16 Kyodo - People are forced to get off a train stopped in Kawasaki after overhead wire problems on the JR Keihin Tohoku line in this photo taken Dec. 16, 2017, from a Kyodo News helicopter. The problem caused major train delays, affecting an estimated 220,000 passengers, mainly in the Tokyo-Yokohama area.
