S. Korean man seeks reunion with separated kin in N. Korea
SEOUL, South Korea - Yu Sang Gak hangs cloth bearing his own name and those of family members in North Korea separated since the 1950-1953 Korean War on iron railings at Imjingak north of Seoul, near the border with the North, on Jan. 31, 2014, the first day of the Lunar New Year. Yu is among many South Koreans hoping for reunions with separated kin, which were last held between the North and South in late 2010.
