Monday's massive earthquakes have killed 3,480 people and injured 3,000 others in Syria, a war monitor reported Wednesday.
Syrian experts have denounced U.S. sanctions, which have made it difficult for quake-hit areas in Syria to get much-needed international humanitarian aid.
