Sugarcane Jaggery

Semi-liquid Sugarcane Jaggery is a sweet, unrefined, and traditional form of sweetener or sugar substitute made from sugarcane juice. It is popular in various regions of the world, especially in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and some parts of Africa and Latin America. Unlike refined sugar, sugarcane jaggery retains some of the nutrients present in sugarcane, including iron, calcium, and certain vitamins. It is also a source of natural antioxidants.
