Arrest Of Kendall Stephens In Pennsylvania

The Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit is investigating reports of sexual assaults on two minor children that occurred in September of 2023. Following a comprehensive investigation, 37-year-old Kendall Stephens from 6XX Allengrove Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Monday. She is being charged with two counts of Rape, Indecent Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors, and related charges. The police tape is visible near the residence. The officers found the license plate and tracked it to an address on Darien Drive in Salina, Liverpool, New York. After discovering that the suspect might be armed, the police officers requested assistance from the sheriff's office. They located the vehicle at the home and observed possible weapons inside. An exchange of gunfire occurred between one suspect and the police officers.
