It is also home to the world-renowned Terracotta warriors created in the Qin Dynasty (221-207 BC). Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a true monument to Buddhist culture and architecture, was originally built in 652 AD during the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and extensively repaired during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The pagoda currently stands at a height of 64.1 meters with seven stories. (Xinhua/Liu Xiao)
