19-Year-Old Male Fatally Shot In Jamaica, Queens New York

Detectives are interviewing residents and processing the scene of an overnight homicide on Leslie Road in Jamaica, Queens, New York, United States, on March 22, 2024. On the previous evening, Thursday, March 21, 2024, at approximately 10:28 pm, police responded to a 911 call about a male shot at NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens. Hospital staff informed the police that a 19-year-old male had been transported to the hospital by private means with a gunshot wound to the chest. The investigation revealed that the victim was shot at 178-16 Leslie Road in Jamaica, New York.
