Amir Hossein Bankipour, a Member of the Iranian Parliament from Isfahan and a member of the Cultural Commission, is saying on the ''Ofogh TV program'' that after the Nowruz (Iranian New Year) holidays, if a woman does not wear a hijab, she will not be fined by the police, but 30,000,000 Rials (49 USD) will be automatically deducted from her personal bank account.
