Taiwan: Footage Shows Large Cracks On High-Rise Apartment Building In Hualien After Quake

A highrise apartment building in Hualien sustained damage after a very strong earthquake hit Taiwan on April 3. This footage shows cracks on the building and debris from chipped outer walls on the street at Lane 62, De'an 6th street in Hualien. As of writing, 9 people are reported dead and over a thousand were injured. USGS measured the magnitude of the quake at 7.4, but local reports say it was of 7.2 magnitude.
