A girl accidentally fell into water in Liaocheng, Shandong on April 13. She was noticed by the people on the shore as her hair was seen floating on the surface. 64-year-old Wu Qing soon jumped into the water without hesitation and rescued her. The girl was safe after choking out a few mouthfuls of water.
