This footage shows a man rescuing a girl who fell into and got swept in a canal in Yancheng, Jiangsu on May 4. After hearing yells from the girl's family on the river bank, Mr. Yu, the captain of the boat, threw a ring flotation toward the motionless girl and jumped into the canal despite a risk that a passing boat's propellers may drag him deep into the water.
