Several People In Custody After 26-Year-Old Man Killed In NYCHA Building In Melrose Section Of Bronx New York

Several people are in custody after a 26-year-old man is killed in a shooting inside a NYCHA apartment in the Melrose section of Bronx, New York, United States, on October 17, 2024. On Wednesday morning at approximately 8:32 p.m., officers respond to 671 Westchester Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discover a 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the neck. EMS responds and transports the victim to the hospital where he is pronounced dead.
