Protest October 7th Damas - Syria

Pro-Palestinian and anti-Israeli gathering organized in Damascus on the second anniversary of October 7, marking the start Israel’s genocide campaign in Gaza. The protest, initially planned as a march, was surrounded by police and military vehicles. According to one participant, the march was blocked after slogans and chants were deemed inappropriate by the authorities, and Hamas flags were raised.
