Philippines: Magnitude 7.8 Earthquake Strikes Mindanao 2
A magnitude 7.8 earthquake struck off the southern coast of Mindanao in the Philippines at 7:37 a.m. on Monday, June 8, triggering a tsunami warning and causing widespread damage across the region, including building collapses. At least 32 deaths and more than 200 injuries were confirmed.
