US: At Least Four Dead as Flash Floods Sweep Through Kentucky After Torrential Rain
At least four people were killed and more than 60 rescues conducted after torrential rain dumped up to eight inches in parts of Kentucky, triggering flash flooding across multiple counties over the weekend. Governor Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency.
